3. User Accounts
To use KwikDine, you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:
  • Keeping login credentials secure
  • Ensuring your usage complies with applicable laws
  • All activity under your account
KwikDine is not liable for loss or damage due to unauthorized account access.

4. Payment & Subscription
  • Access to KwikDine may require a paid subscription.
  • All payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
  • KwikDine reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
  • Prices and billing terms may change with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and documentation on KwikDine are the intellectual property of Cycode Technologies (the parent company) or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or reuse any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
  • Use KwikDine for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Interfere with the system’s security or functionality.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or sell any part of the platform without permission.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

7. Data & Privacy
By using KwikDine, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Termination
KwikDine reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
