• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring that only authorized personnel access your account. Notify KwikDine immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Billing: KwikDine operates on a subscription-based model. You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees based on your selected plan.
• Payment Terms: Payments are due at the beginning of each subscription period and will renew automatically unless canceled. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the service.
• Refunds: Refunds may be issued at KwikDine’s discretion in cases of billing errors or other circumstances as deemed appropriate by Cycode Technologies.

• Permitted Use: You agree to use KwikDine for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to copying or reverse-engineering KwikDine’s software, is prohibited.
• Restrictions: You agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the performance or security of the KwikDine platform.

All content, features, and functionalities within KwikDine, including logos, graphics, and software, are the property of Cycode Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use KwikDine solely for business purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KwikDine and Cycode Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. KwikDine’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

KwikDine reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service without notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease.

Cycode Technologies may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of KwikDine after changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
